Why Kathy Briscoe is giving
a kidney to her neighbor
It’s hard to tell who is more excited. Within a few weeks, Bob Crosier and Kathy Briscoe will check in for surgery at Jewish Hospital in downtown Louisville. He needs a kidney. She is donating one of hers.
Both are members of Southeast and attend the Indiana Campus. For the last 30 years, they also have been across-the-road neighbors in the small town of Elizabeth, Ind.
